Email Server Kya Hota Hai?
email server simply ek server hota hai jise hum computer me install kar dete hai.Bina email server ke hum kabhi bhi apne email ko send nhi kar payenge kisi dusre user ko kyonki yahi ek mediam hai email ko transfer karne ka.
Email server ek bare se computer me install hota hai jiski hard disk itni barri hoti hai ki wo kafi sara data apne andar store kar sake.Issse ye to saf hai ki jitni bhi email hosting company hoti hai jaise gmail ho gayi unke paas ek server to hoga nhi ,aise bahut se server honge unke paas.Lekin haa wo sabhi server ek dusre se connect zarur hote hai.In servers ki tadaad hundreds and thousands bhi hoti hai tabhi to hum ek country se dusri country me apne email ko asani se bhej dete hai.Ab google ko hi le lo iska ek server to hai nhi iske kafi sare server hai jo pure world me phaile huye hai,aap jab google.com kholte honge to google.pk khul kar aata hoga kyon kyonki uska Pakistan me bhi ek server hai.
Types Of Email Server?
Email server 2 type ke hote hai,aur aapke liye ye janna bahut jaruri hai ki ye kaise work karte hai .

Outgoing server ko Simple mail trasnfer protocol servers (SMTP ) kehte hai.SMTP ek aisa protocol hai jo email server email ko send and recieve karne me use karta hai. Jb hum kisi ko mail karte hai to SMPT protocol kya karta hai us email ko recieve karta hai fir ye dekhta hai ki email kaha jana hai aur wo use find out karta hai (ye dekhta hai ki ye mail kis hosting ka hai kis domain name ka hai aur kisi country specific ka hai ),aur jab find kar leta hai to SMTP uske sever se permission mangta hai email ko send karne ki  aur usko us recipient ke paas divert kar deta hai jisko apne email bhejna chaha tha.

Ye 2 type ke hote hai pehla hota hai
POP 3 - I se post office protocol version 3 kehte hai,inka kaam hota hai local pc ki hard drive me sent aur recieve email ko store karna .
IMAP- Ise ineternet message access protocol kehte hai,iska kaam hota hai message ki copy ko server me store karke rakhna.Bahut se Pop3 server bhi message ko store rakh sakte hai server me. Ye ek bahut hi complcated server hota hai isi wajha se bahut se Internet service provider (ISP) And email hosting company IMAP ko support nhi karti hai.
